How the Show Works

The Wellness Expo is built on a direct-to-consumer marketing model rather than relying heavily on traditional media such as radio, television, and print.

We actively promote the show to past attendees, existing networks, and a targeted audience through digital and social media, investing significant resources to ensure strong awareness and attendance.

What makes our events unique is how this marketing is combined with exhibitor participation, creating a more targeted, engaged audience and a stronger overall show experience.

Your Role as an Exhibitor

Every store is open, inviting, alive — drawing you in with energy, colour, and experience.

Now imagine every store had a table across the entrance, blocking the way… brochures stacked high, people sitting behind them, waiting.

Your booth is your storefront at the Wellness Expo.

The most successful exhibitors create a space that is open, welcoming, and engaging — where people can step in, interact, and experience what you offer, not just look at it.

Clear signage, strong branding, and an inviting layout help draw people in and create meaningful conversations.

  VIP Guest Passes

VIP Guest Passes are complimentary printed admission passes that you can share with your clients, friends, and community — inviting them to attend the Wellness Expo as your guest. VIP passes are provided for pre-show promotion as part of your initial investment and are most effective when personally distributed before the event. As part of your booth investment, each exhibitor is provided with a unique promo code that can be used to share your story and promote your participation online. This code allows your guests to register for the Wellness Expo and attend as your guest, providing them with complimentary access to the event.

Not everyone you want to reach is already in your immediate circle — and that’s where your promo code becomes a powerful marketing tool.

Your promo code allows you to extend beyond personal invitations and reach a much larger audience through social media, email, and online promotion.
With a simple, well-placed message, you can introduce your business to people who may not know you yet — and invite them to come experience what you offer at the Wellness Expo.

Booth Space & Setup

Booth space is provided as space only. Tables, chairs, electrical, internet, and display services are not included and must be ordered separately in advance through the official show suppliers. Ordering in advance helps ensure availability and can reduce costs.

Key Exhibitor Expectations

  • Maintain your booth for full show hours
  • Display only approved products and services
  • Do not sublet or share your booth space without approval
  • Booth space must remain set up until the official close of the show
  • Follow all venue and safety regulations
