Welcome to the Exhibitor Promo Code Training page. This page explains how the complimentary online admission code system works, and how you can use it to bring more customers, clients, and followers to our events.
These instructions apply to all Wellness Expos of Canada events that use online promo codes.
This page does not contain your promo code or event link — those are provided privately in your exhibitor email

If you received a promo code by email, you are authorized to use it.
Why Promo Codes Matter to Exhibitors
Promo codes are not discounts — they are complimentary admissions that allow you to invite customers, clients, family, friends, and followers to attend the show as your guests.
This system:
- Helps you connect with pre-qualified customers
- Adds value to your brand and customer relationships
- Increases booth traffic and engagement
- Enhances personal invitations and VIP gestures
- Allows unlimited outreach through email and social media
- Provides measurable tracking to see how many guests you bring
General admission at the door is typically $12.00, so each complimentary admission is a $12 value you can extend to your audience.
How the Promo Code System Works
Here’s the simple process:
- Exhibitors receive a unique promo code by email.
- Exhibitors share their promo code with their audience.
- Guests use the exhibitor’s event link to order tickets online. (Actual page title is: https://www.universe.com/WW26)
- During checkout, guests Select a specific day to join us, select how many tickets to order ( max 4 per order*) , then enter the promo code where is is required.
- The admission price is reduced to $0.00, and the ticket (s) is emailed to the guest.
* Please note: Each individual ticket must contain a unique name, phone number and email address as the ticket will be used as an automatic entry into our grand prize contest. Duplicate names and contact info will be deleted by the computer prior to contest draw.
Note: This system is designed to be simple and mobile-friendly. Most guests complete the process in under 30 seconds.
Where Guests Enter Promo Codes
Guests enter your promo code during the online ticket order process.
On the event’s ticket order page, they will see a field labeled:
Promo Code Follow directions in previous section for exact details.
When your code is entered correctly and all fields are filled as required, the admission price updates to $0.00, and the ticket is issued electronically.
How to Share Your Promo Code
The most successful exhibitors share their promo codes through multiple channels, including:

Tracking & Reporting
Every ticket — paper or online — is assigned to an exhibitor, sponsor, or partner.
Online promo codes allow us to track:

Q: Does it cost me anything to use my promo code?
A: No. Promo codes are included as part of your exhibitor participation.
Q: Is there a limit to how many complimentary admissions I can offer?
A: No. You may distribute as many as you wish.
Q: Do guests need to print their tickets?
A: Printed or mobile tickets are both accepted.
Q: If I exhibit in more than one city, do I get the same code?
A: Promo codes are generally city-specific and are provided separately for each event.
Q: Does my promo code work at the door?
A: Promo codes are for online ticket reservations. Door admissions are handled separately at the event.
Q: Can I request printed VIP paper passes as well?
A: Yes. Information about paper VIP passes is included in your exhibitor email and exhibitor handbook.
Why is this important to all of us?
The Wellness Expo promotioinal ticket offer has been helping us grow exponentially over the past 15 years. The ability for all of us to drive attendance to our own booths ensures that there is always a crowd. Crowds = Sales. There are 100 exhibitor booths inthe expo. we have printed 20,000 tickes and disteibuting them theough out Manitoba through exhibtors, sponsors nad sponsoring businesses. We have created a unique code for each and every one of our exhibtors so that you can use them on all your electonic communications from not till event day.
This method of marketing has allowed us to keep our costs down lower than any other show of this size in Canada. It means our orices have not risen moren than19% since our first show in 1995. These saving along with our very unique promotional prgram has made it so we can almost predict our total attendance before the show ever happens.
To make it more worthwhile for you to promote this way, we have created a contest , used for years. Which ever client has the greates percentage of return on their tickets will receive a complimentary extra booth for 2027. That is a approx $1,000 value for most of you.
Every ticket, paper or online istracked back to the company we issued them to. we can record exactly how many passes you had and how many returned as attendees. We predict that we will be on track for a 20% return on papr VIP tickets this year and should see at least 5-% of our onmline tickets come in. You are being invited to use our program to ensure you see not only all your freiends, but also all of the others friends over the 116 hours of this event.
