Shipping Instructions

If you need to ship any materials or product to the venue for the show, please arrange for the deliveries to be  sent on Friday, October 25 ONLY. The venue will not accept deliveries for trade show bnooth outside the days of their agreement. 

Make sure to have your full company name on the waybiill include the Show name _ Health and Wellness Expo as well as your booth number. If you cannot ship with in this time frame, please contact Handy Events to arrange a drop shipment to their location. You can find contact info on Page 3 of the exhibitor hand book.

Event Schedule

Move in Day – Friday, October 25. 

Hours for move in are: 10 am – 6 pm

 

Show days hours are as follows:
Saturday, Oct 26 – 10 am to 6 pm
Sunday, Oct 27 – 10 am to 5 PM.

Exhibitor Badge Information

Exhibitors are required to wear identifier Name Badges. Each company will receive 4 badges per booth rented. Badges may be picked up atthe front door on the morning of the show start. e will not give them out on move in day.
Each company has a file at our desk with all your badges. Every perosn that attends the show as a worker can pick up their badge at the font desk. When you leave your shift, return it to the desk so the next person will get it.. See details in hand book.

Wi-Fi Access Instructions

Wifi in the PRairieland Park has been secured by show management. To access wifi, you can gert a password from our front desk on the morning of the show start.. This is an open wifi and the charfes are covered for this show by Show management. If you require a hard wire internet connection, contact Prairieland Park. Infor is in the show guide provided

Parking Information

Parking is available on all siides of the building. You are best to unload all your display items at the South loading dock door when you come on Friday, then park in the front of the building as this will be the only access in and out after show begins. Details in Exhibitor manual

The expo will be held from March 15-17, 2023. Doors open at 9 AM and close at 6 PM each day.

What are the booth dimensions and specifications?

Standard booths are 10×10 feet. Additional sizes and configurations are available upon request.
