NEW FOR 2020, The Wellness Expo is moving to the spring season with our event. We started in March many years ago and now we are back.
We will be back in  ballroom of the beautiful Conexus Arts Centre.

Health and Wellness Expos of Canada has been assembling unique products, services and practitioners from across Canada and the USA for 25 years who focus on education and motivating people to be PROACTIVE in their own well-being. The Regina Wellness Expo, while not our largest event, offers a unique chance to learn about many of the wellness products and services available to you to help enhance or improve your quality of life.

Forks Over Knives ( The Movie ) – One Showing Only! … Sunday, Feb 29 … 12:30 pm – 2:00 pm
Forks Over Knives

This Movie examines the profound claim that most, if not all, of the chronic diseases that afflict us can be controlled or even reversed by rejecting animal-based and processed foods.

The major story line traces the personal journeys of Dr. T. Colin Campbell, a nutritional biochemist from Cornell University, and Dr. Caldwell Esselstyn, a former top surgeon at the world-renowned Cleveland Clinic. On separate paths, their discoveries and groundbreaking research led them to the same startling conclusion: Chronic diseases including heart disease and type 2 diabetes can almost always be prevented—and in many cases reversed—by adopting a whole-food, plant-based diet.

The idea of food as medicine is put to the test. The film follows everyday Americans with chronic conditions as they seek to reduce their dependence on medications and learn to use a whole-food, plant-based diet to regain control over their health and their lives

Join us for this premiere showing on Sunday , Feb 9 only. Seating starts at 12:15 pm
